My Journey to Taking Back Control

I started in 2015 as a photographer and videographer. Purely creative. No systems. Just talent and hustle. I did everything myself and chased the next project. It worked for a while, then it didn’t.

As the work grew and I got involved with more businesses, I became the person who did everything. Long hours. Constant fires. No time to think. I had output, not control.

I knew something had to change.

In 2023 I moved to Dubai and rebuilt how I work. I stopped being the person who does it all and became the person who designs how work moves.

Today I run and partner across multiple companies. My job in each is the same: set up simple systems that make work smoother and give people room to do their best work.

Simple systems means a clear job, a few rules, short steps, and one quick check. Not more noise. Not more tools. Just clarity that compounds.

The goal isn’t to work harder. It’s to make every move count over time. Clarity before speed. Consistency over intensity.
